This report has 10 main goals, it suggests that some of the goals should be met by 2017. As part of the activity we discussed what we had achieved as schools and as a system. Good choice Clarelle! This has been a very influential document in NZ education and is is astonishing how many of the 23 recommendations have been implemented in a relatively short space of time. It is solutions to the wicked challenges that have still not been implemented at a national level. Manaiakalani has modelled and offered solutions and we have seen some of these adopted at a national level. Others may need an election to move them along...
