It is hard to believe that it is already the end of the year. In many ways I feel like I have learnt far more than I even imagined learning in my first year of teaching. By stepping back and reflecting on the year I have become more aware of my growth in confidence, the digital knowledge I have gain and the understandings I have developed about teaching and learning.
This year I have used the Manaiakalani Learn, Create, Share pedagogy. This pedagogy is so open and invites creative and teacher and student input. I have really enjoyed being a part of the creative classroom and seeing the connections that come from active sharing.
